Technical Support Specialist (Heavy Equipment)

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist customers with heavy equipment products, systems, and services. In this role, you will provide reliable support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure equipment operates efficiently in real-world conditions. What You’ll Do

— Provide technical assistance for heavy equipment, including diagnostics and issue resolution

— Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online systems

— Guide clients through troubleshooting steps and basic equipment operation

— Coordinate with service teams and technicians for complex repairs

— Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and service activities

— Support installation, setup, and routine maintenance processes

What You Bring

— Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

— Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems

— Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers

— Experience with heavy equipment or machinery (preferred, not required)

— Comfort using CRM systems and digital tools

— Reliable, organized, and customer-focused approach
